The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and EMS or e-Packet process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
US orders ship by e-packet, which is a US postal service product. US orders usually take between 7 and 16 days to arrive at their destination, but can take longer from time to time.
International Customers Warning: (Saint Glasses is not liable for long shipping delays, buyers purchase at their own risk)
Worldwide orders ship by EMS. International orders most often take between 25 and 40 days to arrive at their destination, but sometimes take up to 50 days depending on where you are in the World. Occasionally, depending on various factors like customs, Worldwide orders can take in excess of 50 days to arrive.
Are the "FREE" items really free?
- YES! For our promotional items, all you have to pay is the shipping cost. The price of the item itself is $0.00 :)
- If you don’t love your product, we’ll take it back! All of our products are carefully inspected for quality and if there are any issues, we will replace them free of charge. Please see our refund policy for further details.
Our company only provides either refund or replacement for orders that have not arrived.

After 50 days Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
After 60 days Rest of the world
If you opt for the replacement, it must be in the same amount and style as that which was previously ordered.
Customs in some countries might have Import duties, taxes, and charges. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Hence, they are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
How to return faulty item?
- If the item you received is faulty, please follow contact our support center by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and give us your order number, your name and address, details of the product (quantity, Name), and the reason for return. Please attach a photo of the faulty item to your email. We will then advise you regarding the return process.
- All orders and product shipments can be cancelled until they are shipped.
- If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 business hours following payment. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
